Registration

ENGINE2023 is open to all PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, engineers, technicians, researchers from academia and industry fields interested in materials science and electrochemistry for energy storage applications. The procedure is divided in two steps via the Azur Colloque platform:

1. Pre-registration which will be validated by the organizing comittee:

2. Registration and payment according to:

• 300 € (without taxes) or 330 € with taxes: Students, PhD students, and post-docs.

• 400 € (without taxes) or 440 € with taxes: Academic researchers, engineers or technicians.

• 600 € (without taxes) or 660 € with taxes: Non-academic researchers engineers or technicians.

Note 1. Reimbursement is possible only if a visa has not been granted or if a medical condition (certificate will be asked) prevents attendance in addition to the agreement for the organizing committee.

Note 2. For PhD students in France the participation to ENGINE2023 may be rewarded by training credit. Please contact your doctoral school and also the organizing commitee for any questions or queries.

Note 3. At the end of the school a certificate of attendance and another for poster presentation will be provided.
